Physical Day Sign Ups

We are pleased to announce that student athletes will have the opportunity to receive their required athletic physicals on campus through Beaufort-Jasper-Hampton Comprehensive Health Services, Inc.

Available Dates:  April 2 & April 16

Each day, two physicians will be available and can see up to 40 students, so appointments will be limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cost: $10 per physical

Important Requirement:
Every student athlete must have a completed School-Based Health Registration Form, which must be signed by a parent or guardian, prior to receiving a physical. This form must be completed online. 

Please note: Students without a completed and signed registration form will not be eligible to receive a physical.

We encourage you to complete the required paperwork as soon as possible to ensure your student can participate.
